What's In Hedon't's Wife's Purse? Balls!

Prized free agent Hedo Turkoglu went to visit the Portland Trail Blazers and gave his word that he would join the team. Terms were agreed upon, the news spread like wildfire throughout the internet, and every Blazers fan was rejoicing in the acquisition of the 6'10" gunner and clutch performer. But then something happened...

... Turkoglu lost his balls.

Instead of heading to the City of Roses and joining a very good team that's on the verge and led by the "superstar-you-don't-realize-is-one" Brandon Roy, Hedon't will play ball with the Toronto Raptors. Why the change of mind? Why after not even visiting the Raptors? Why after getting wooed hard by the Blazers like Turkoglu had the greatest vagina in the world? Why?

Apparently, she (which also means he) prefers the T-Dot because it's more of an international and cosmopolitan city, has a big Turkish population, and the view of Niagara Falls at night is like no other. Well, maybe I made the last one up because you can't see the Falls from Toronto, although I've seen the Falls for myself at night and it is a view like no other. But from the get-go, Mrs. Turkoglu did prefer Toronto over Portland, which was evident when she didn't even make the trip to Portland with her husband to check out the city.

Listen, I get it. I'm married too and, yes, I pretty much do what my wife says because, guess what? She's smarter than me. Sometimes I still think I'm that seventeen-year-old that can jump from one NYC subway platform to another, which I actually tried when I was 21 and succeeded! In any case, enough bragging... I get that you have to do what's best for your family, but why bother wasting the Blazers' time if Toronto seemed like the move all along. Turkoglu's wife's preference was pretty much known for a few days already, but yet, Turkoglu still met the Blazers brass, got wined and dined, gave his word, and still went back on it.

Obviously, I don't know the thought process going on in Hedon't's mind or anything about his marriage, but the way it looks is that Turkoglu is P-whipped. And all of us guys fall into that trap at some point in our lives. Don't front.

The only thing is that we don't usually give another guy blue balls in the process.
